Bart Rathbone
If the Barclays are a "good" example
of an Odyssey family, the Rathbones are the complete
opposite. Bart Rathbone, the father, wouldn't stand up
to scrutiny. There are few ethical questions that he's
inclined to ignore. From unscrupulously coaching a
softball team to using shady methods to run his
electronics shop, "The Electric Palace," to coming up
with all manners of get-rich-quick schemes, Bart affably
stands for everything Whit—and the world of Odyssey—is
against.

Brad Ralph
Brad Ralph has a good heart but also has a tendency to
let his emotions get the better of him. This usually leads to him making
mistakes and lapses in judgment. Examples include thinking so much about
getting the Mascot Owl back that he skipped practice with most of the
team to try and jump the Owl napper, making fun or Ryan to cover for his
own insecurities, and lashing out at Ryan
when Ryan unintentionally drew attention to himself with words of prayer
and God's will.

If there's one person who likes to stir
things up in Odyssey, it's Cryin' Bryan Dern, Odyssey's local shock jock

Odyssey when something significant is taking place, or when it's time to
make fun of someone. Mr. Dern has worked for Odyssey 105 for years, and
he likes what he does. He is an active atheist, unfortunately, which
comes into play when he runs into Mr. Whittaker and others. Bryan has no
