Barry Lionel serves as Pokenberry Falls' overseer. He has
a lot of money and owns many of the locations around town, including the
church in town. He is a member of Pokenberry Falls's church and views
the townspeople as "rabble". Because he owns so many pieces of property
in town, he is viewed as an authority and decision-maker. |
