Barrett Jones   Barrett Jones is a talented, if easily-distracted, young man. He has developed an interest in music and musical theatre; he has performed in many plays including "The Minestrone Man" and a play about Noah. He is very sociable and friendly, though he can also be somewhat lazy and often wants to take the easy way instead of the right way. At the end of the day, however, his heart is in the right place. He has a huge crush on Priscilla Peterson.   Family His father is Simon Jones, his mother is Dorothy Jones, and his younger sister is Emily Jones.

In Unbecoming Jay, it is stated that Priscilla is important to him. He is afraid of clowns. He panics when frightened; in Stage Fright, he was the loudest of the kids who screamed. He is obsessed with Verminoids. (Game for a Mystery) He is 5 feet 5 inches. He has blue eyes. He loves jazz. His favorite eating place is Hal's Diner. He has an ongoing rivalry with Jay Smouse. In a Room of Consequences adventure, he owns his own landscaping company. He is 14 years old. He was once grounded after an incident involving a crayon, Spackle, and an eyeliner.
