I have NEVER been able to figure out this game... can someone explain?

Here's how it goes. This is Isaiah the Ox guessing my puzzle: His guess was (in red) Then he says which character said the quote, and which episode it was from.
Then he says that he assumes he's right, which he is, and he put up another puzzle (in blue)
The puzzle, that long string of letters, is a quote from Adventures in Odyssey with all the vowels taken out. To solve the puzzle, you insert vowels in the places where you think they make sense. I put in some vowels in the wrong places (green) and some in the right places.
In the next post, Isaiah tells me which, if any, of the words I got right: "you", "have", "to", and "say".

So now what you can do is take the string of letters, with my correct words added, and try putting some vowels in there yourself to see if you can guess correctly.
