It's sincere, in a sense. I don't love the spirit behind trolling(annoying others), but if you don't let the trolls get to you, it's easy to enjoy the comedy that trolls provide to the debate world.

Could you please explain to me what happened at the Season 4 finale of Doctor Who? How did the Doctor defeat the Master and what was the story with the Council?

I'm assuming you mean "The End of Time". It's been awhile since I watched it, but here's what I believe happened:

So, The High Council of Gallifrey. In the last days of the Time War, they were desperate to save themselves. Their Seer prophesied that The Doctor and The Master would survive. So, the Council went back in time to implant the drumbeat(introduced in Series 3) into the Master's head, knowing one day he would intensify the signal(through the Master Race, 7 billion Masters all across the world) enough for them to send him the White-Point Star. This physical link allowed the Council to establish a portal. Gallifrey begins to come through this portal, and its return will cause the Time Vortex to rupture and destroy all time. The Time Lords will then become beings of consciousness only.

At this point, the Doctor jumps in, shattered glass everywhere, epic scene, BTW. And he has a gun. So, he can't decide whether to kill the Master or the Council(Rassilon specifically) Finally, he turns to aim at the Master, then tells him to get out of the way. He does, and the Doctor shoots the White-Point Star, breaking the physical link and reversing the portal. Rassilon attempts to take the Doctor with them, but the Master takes his place, attempting to get revenge on Rassilon, for torturing him with the drumbeat. Gallifrey, the Master, and the Council go back to the last day of the Time War and all is well until the Doctor regenerates.

There's very few physical objects that I am afraid of, so I would say my greatest fear is hurting my friends and family.

I ship the Doctor and River SOOOO hard. Amy and Rory, too. And Clara and Danny, which can sadly never happen now

This is a horrid question. But *lesigh*, let's see. I've only seen 1, 2, 3, 9, 10, 11, and 12. I love all the New Who Doctors too much to choose one of them. Do I really have to choose one? I guess... The Second Doctor. Though probably only because I've seen so little of his era.

Thanks to Belle, I am now a Oncer. I also love the comedy group Studio C. And I'm excited to see the Muppets finally make their return to television this fall on ABC. I like The Amazing Race, but I wouldn't call it a favorite.
