NCFCA
What is the NCFCA? NCFCA stands for National Christian Forensics and Communications Association. It is a speech and debate program for homeschoolers (primarily Christians) where you learn how to write speeches, act out interps (acting out a book while being all characters, and using no props), debate on political subjects, and then getting to do your speeches and debate in different levels of competition. I have been doing it for 3 years now, and I absolutely love doing it.
Most people I know, including many homeschoolers have never heard of the NCFCA. So I was wondering has anyone on here ever heard of the NCFCA, know someone who participates in it, or have you participated in it yourself?

I debated in team policy for two years and I've been coaching Team Policy & Lincoln Douglas for nine years now.

It is a lot of fun. Most people I know who are involved in the NCFCA who were forced to do it as a speech class by their parents, absolutely love doing it now and are extremely good at it. You should give it a try sometime. You just might like it!SirWhit wrote:NCFCA seems cool. I would like to maybe try it sometime but I'm not a speech person at alland I'm already busy enough without having to go to events during the NCFCA season.
