Dear, dear friends:
I have regretful news to lay upon your minds. I am leaving for the summer. I have received a summer job at a local camp. Where on one side I am terribly excited, on the other I am ready to weep. The thought of leaving all my besters is a very tragic thought!
I will be leaving for camp a week from tomorrow. (I will still be on here for the remainder of this week.) I will be done with my work at camp August 12. (So mark your calendars haha)
Thank you all for the love and friendship you have given me! It really means a lot!

Lexi, you've come to mean a lot to me. It's so exciting when someone slips into your life and you talk to them more than you ever thought you would and then... Hey, I guess we're friends. But it only just happened. That you're leaving just when we were getting to be friends stinks. But you'll be back in just a few months, and I'm sure we'll still like talking to each other then.
