Well Hello guys, thanks for coming out!
We've got a great party planned this evening (for more information: http://www.odysseyscoop.com/forum/viewt ... t=1708)
But for now, lets have some fun here!

I suppose I'll start this off.
1. Because I was missing Odyssey in my life and thought I would try to find some to listen to and stumbled upon this place so I joined. But the reason I became active was probably... because the people here were cool and they really sparked a newfound, deeper interest in Odyssey that I didn't have before. A desire to go back and listen to ALL of them again and dissect them entirely. (Still on my to-do list)
2. Favorite memory: hmm, there are so many good ones. Meeting certain people for the first time, inside jokes, different moments and plans. Becoming a chat mod, then discovering all the *ehem* mod stuff. I don't know.. I don't have a favorite memory. The most important thing about the SS to me is the people and the memories wouldn't be there without them.

1. Because I really love Odyssey and I wanted to join somewhere where there are a ton of Odyssey fans as well. (Because no one from any of my old churches knew AIO. 
Shame.) ANYways, I really wanted to get connected and see what everyone had to say. I loved how deep the interest in AIO was. And always with new perspectives that I never even thought possible. I really love it. (:

Well, one year ago from tomorrow, (and, my, has it flown by!), I got on the Odyssey Scoop and found a blog post entitled "Introducing....the Soda Shop Message Boards!" I thought to myself, "Hey, that's pretty awesome. I should join." So, I did. On June 7, I was promoted to Moderator, and here I am.
My favorite memory of this year was probably watching this place go from about 8-10 regular members to a blossoming fan community, to the point where I could step back and for the most part just moderate.

1. I was just getting into Odyssey again. I actually found this board and didn't think much of it. I guess it was barely starting out. Then on the TCF comment page someone asked if I had an account here and I said no but that I would check it out. So I did. I read a bunch of different topics and joined.
2. Hmm.. Favorite memory. Midnight talks with the Suzy, Stella, Waldo, and Sammy. That was fun. The times Waldo and I were finding out mod stuff are another of my favorite memories. Ooh! To those complaining about this being "on the ToO", it's only "on the ToO" in the sense that the common layperson will be accessing the chat server from the interface that the ToO provides. The server the chatroom is on isn't actually the ToO's server at all. If you really have a problem with it being "on the ToO", then use an external program (eg. X-chat, Pidgin, etc.) to access the chat, which should also fix everybody's problems with Java and what-not.
1). I first joined when it was posted on the Odyssey Scoop, and I have been since it's beginning and can't wait for all the years to come.

1) How did I find out about Le SS... I actually met Wooton (Noah) on a different site and he gave me the link to the SS and asked me to join. In an effort to be a good friend, I joined but I was pretty sure I'd never post. After getting my account activated I started reading the topics and I realized you guys were SOO smart (it was mainly the posts of C.T., PF, and Arkan if you want names ). <<This is what really drew my attention...the intelligence of the members on here, but also the way in which you were able to have so much fun (: After day one... decided that this was my home!
2) I'm not gonna beat around the bush with this one. All my memories here are good ones, but I definitely have favorites! I'll mention two. One was on my second week here when I was on chat with FoodSir, Cuzenjamin, My Star, and Suzy These four are EPIC PEOPLE! We had the best time putting Fodo in jail and having wars with words... *sighs* And the second was on the ToO chat with Johnny, Aftershocker, Shey, and Ash, when we started our Drama/ Anti-Drama thing. Good times...good times...
