Hi! I'm back! What was I doing? you might ask. I was doing crazy things like, fasting the internet... FOR A MONTH. (30 days) I realized that I was becoming too addicted to the internet. I noticed that my internet use was affecting my relationships: with God, Family, and Friends.

Before going on this fast I did a bit of research about how excessive use of technology can affect the brain. I was surprised! using the internet too much can actually put strain on your grey matter(that's your brain), which in turn can cause someone (like me) to become irritable.

Now, I'm not saying you're all crazy internet addicts. I just am.
and sometimes I just need to remind myself of who is really number one in my life.

A whole month is a long time. I've taken three or four one week breaks which have helped greatly.

I'm impressed you were able to stay away that whole time. I wouldn't have made it that far.

I didn't know that. I'm not very surprised- interet is a powerful thing.

So, I just thought that I'd let ya'll know that me and my sister (underseasie) will be gone for about a week after Christmas. We may be on a little bit, but probably not very much at all!

Turns out, our plans have been canceled, so we'll still be here.

CBH Ministries is an organization (similar to Focus on the Family, or Vision Forum) dedicated to using the media to praise the Lord.

CBH stands for the "Children's Bible Hour," which was their first radio program. You may have heard of Down Gilead Lane. That is a radio program (quite similar to AiO, in many ways) created by CBH Ministries.
