Are you joking or not, Liz? I'm tempted to think so, as there's no basis for your statement. However, if it's a joke, it's very random, but not flagrantly random enough to be clearly sheer amusement. Anyhow, you're the first to complain of Camilla. You're entitled to your opinion, but all Camilla has done (going on a spree to forgive everyone after misunderstanding scripture in a little-girl spiritualism episode reminiscent of Melany and Bethany's huggably wise episodes, tenderly caring for a bird and pleading it "fight to live") should endear and touch rather than disgust.
I'm with you on liking Penny, but not Emily. Everyone knows how I loath Emily.

I like Camilla okay, particularly in The Holy Hoopster, which I listened to on my iPod the other day.

That of course is my opinion. And no, I wasn't joking as far as not liking her... She grates on every nerve I have... But as I already said, that's just my opinion... I could go on and on about why I don't like her and her bratty attitude, but I won't!

My least favorite is Vance, because he's a bully and not funny like Jay.

^^ Props to Belle ^^
My least favorite character is Emily or Camilla. Both have the same bratty attitude. I can't think of any redeeming qualities from either of them.

Can I haz a club to bash Ben with?
If you must say such things, Ben, and they were truly shocking things, at least support them with some reasoning, because they sound utterly unreasonable. Honestly, disparaging little girls like that. It's your kind that gives we men a bad name.
Both are absolutely bursting with qualities they've clearly exhibited, from tenderness, to love, to determination, and if you deny that, you're not looking at what's in front of you.

Well that's certainly the way to go about it.Pound Foolish wrote:Can I haz a club to bash Ben with?
I'll admit I was neglecting the fact that they do have redeeming qualities for dramatic effect. It's just that their personalities are extremely annoying to me. With their whining and bossiness. I find those traits rather irritating. Especially in little girls. If you choose to like them, that's fine. Not everyone likes what you like.

I realize that, but you specifically said,
Though again, your phrasing is puzzling. "Dramatic effect?" So they designed them to be "bratty" and threw in some redeeming traits for "dramatic effect?" It's doubtful that's what you meant, but that's the most direct implication of what your saying.
That needed to be called, in the most impolite terms possible, having nothing to do with people liking what I like. Thank you for restating and changing your position. Besides, I can't let people say such things about my precious Emily.I can't think of any redeeming qualities from either of them.

No, no, I meant that I was being dramatic in saying that they don't have any redeeming qualities. I guess it didn't come out right. :/

I think the worst character IS............Sam Johnson. Hes such a bland boring and undeveloped character.

Hear, hear. Sam never went anywhere. It's sad, since he was had major roles in a fair number of episodes.

I actually don't mind any of the characters on your poll, but I think Red Hollard is a pretty weak character. I really disliked Olivia for quite a while, but since the voice chance she isn't so bad.
As far as Sam Johnson, I suppose you could argue that he didn't change that much during his time in Odyssey, but he was developed as a character well enough to be an interesting character. I don't know how you can say he was bland or boring. He was really funny, especially when trying to solve a problem, where he'd always take whatever solution he came to to an extreme and not solve anything at all.

Sam seemed like an Isaac Morton replacement to me. Which is odd, because Isaac was a much better character... Sam had a lot of interesting friends and so he was often simply ignored by me, but I guess he survived long enough to be considered an average character. I don't believe he was the worst, but not the best by any means either.
