Rodney was a classic character. It did seem odd that he stayed on the show so long and got to torment so many different kids. However, he definitely was a great character.

I think that he was funny, I mean like in Broken Window:
"But if you don't not know, then you do know that there's no way you could know that I broke the window!"-Rodney
(Sorry if I got the line wrong, I haven't listened to it in a while)
He was mean, yes, but there were times when he was really funny (Aloha Oy!, for instance)

I know he was in episodes like "A Lamb's Tale", but when he appeared in his last episode, "Buddy Guard", it felt very weird, because Grady had begun to grow up, and there's the same old Rodney. And Wooton Bassett, I like Jay. Whereas Rodney only did one somewhat good act in not cheating in "Changing Rodney", Jay has done multiple good things. Even Ben Warren, Master Reviewer, the master at dissecting every little fault in Odyssey episodes, says Jay is good not only because he's funny, but he has a heart.Whereas Rodney was always just a jerk, Jay's begun to change, slow as it may seem, he's changing.

I really like Rodney.
What is your favorite episode with Rodney?
Mine is Family Values. Or Changing Rodney. I like them both. Family Values is hilarious, and I love how Rodney teaches Mandy a lesson (although in a rather unconventional and underhanded way)

Either No, Honestly!, The entire DBD series, or Broken Window. He really shined in those episodes, bringing humor to DBD and bringing Broken Window to new heights.

He was pretty hilarious in Broken Window...ackkk, but I really can't decide which I like the most! I know it sounds a bit strange, but I really liked Rodney...he added so much to the show. Thankfully Jay has kept a lot of that up as well, for now. I must agree, Family Value's was pretty good, too. And Aloha, Oy! was funny, I loved the scenes between him and Donna. Oh, and you can't forget the time he brought Connie flowers from the graveyard in Green Eyes and Yellow Tulips!

RODNEY: I really like your... sweater.
CONNIE: Thanks.
RODNEY: Yeah, it kinda reminds me of those post-it note things. Except for the brown splotches.
And Aloha, Oy! was good too, but I found more humor in Bart and Doris than in Rodney, to be honest...
