We are currently beginning to think about what new themes we might be able to implement. I've put up a poll of character/colors and would like to gauge interest in what makes sense to begin with. Please fill out the poll before June 5th!

Just so the five or so people who actually liked it can use it...it's a five minute process for us and there's not really a reason not to at least give people the choice.

This is technically a major-league gravedig, but it isn't like the forum is hopping or anything; this thread is still on the first page, so...
I didn't see the advantage to AcidTech myself until recently. Now, it's more clear to me why it is a thing: it's currently the only dark theme on the forum. Has the Soda Shop ever had another dark theme? (I wasn't active much during its earlier years.) If not, that probably goes a long way towards explaining its popularity.
I remember it being more garish in the past, but the one on the forum now is pretty quiet, like the main theme except dark, which I suppose makes sense given that it is a prosilver restyle. The only things that stand out about it are the standard images surrounding the "Soda Shop" header, the font size being a bit smaller than is the norm nowadays (although it was standard during the '90s and '00s), and the irritating quirk of the poster profile being on the right side of the post, rather than the left. None of these are sufficient to overturn its advantages as a dark theme, if you are in the market for one.
