What does one do when it's seemingly impossible to fall asleep? :cry: Please, I need help, mes amis!

Sadly, I have this problem a lot. What I've found works for me is to do some yoga or stretches, switch up my pillow and/or blankets so they're fresh cooler ones, and sometimes even lay with my head at the foot of my bed. Then, I start counting and don't let myself move at all. If I move, I have to start over. Usually, it eventually works.

Thanks guys! Yeah, my major is American Sign Language Interpreting.

The ASL program is VERY intense, so I'm gonna have a lot of work. But praise God, I truly do love the work I'll be doing. \:D/
