Hmmm, interesting thoughts... I think my main problem was they don't really delve into his character... it's more like it's there, and you know nothing about it... o___o I guess my main problem is I'm a horrible literary (or otherwise) critic, and would prefer to be slapped in the face with moral, etc., rather than figuring it out myself. xD And I also don't really like the style of musical... I prefer musicals where there is talking. Near the end of the musical I was seriously begging my laptop to stop the singing. They are all amazing actors/actresses and have good voices (I love that Eb that Boggess hits in then end of Phantom of the Opera (song) =0), but it just didn't seem right for the emotional ending of Christine fighting with herself to have her singing... but that's just my opinion. Plus, the ending. O____O Sorry, I can't handle musicals that just end like that. *faints* And one last critique.... I don't think it had to be nearly as sexual as it was. >____>

Nope...not in a big rush, honestly. The one character does look really sexy in posters, but otherwise I just haven't felt compelled to rush out and see it like everyone else.

Not exactly. I've gotten the crust ready-made and then built a pizza from there. My parents used to make it totally from scratch though, like grinding their own flour and everything.

"The Phantom of the Opera", VERY closely followed by "All I Ask of You" and "The Point of No Return". Some of the instrumental bits are very high on the list, too. My least favorite would be the discordant bit in "Don Juan".

I have copies of the sheet music for several of the songs, and I was learning them several years ago, but I never finished.

Sometime within the last three years. Pretty much had a panic attack in the shower.

Hm, honestly, I typically do the leaving in relationships. It was kind of a habit for awhile there, this was my theme song: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=GvrTSZ-x_Pk I'm not proud of that though, and I haven't been that way in nearly four years.

I have only had my heart ripped out once. I was in several relationships after that, but this love flared up now and then and never really went away, causing me to be vulnerable and miserable off and on for seven years. The reason for this was a lack of closure, and very foolishly attempting to stay friends and keep in touch...there was never a clean break. When something is that messy, I guess it takes a long friggin' time to finally become healthy.

I wonder this often. The only answer I have come up with is that there is no God and this is simply how the human race is. Which makes me not want to be a part of it.

Precious few things, in my opinion. Quality time...deep conversation...connection...honesty...innocence...animals...art...beauty. Those are my reasons. They do not always outweigh the alternative, but so far I haven't given in.

What kinds of things make you smile?

Waking up on a Skype call with someone I love. Being taken up on a street race (LIKE LAST NIGHT ). Speeding and weaving. My niece being adorable. A genuine, natural compliment from someone I know has no reason to manipulate me. Animals, wild or pets. Snow. Waking up in the middle of the night, thinking it's time to get up for work, then realizing I have many more hours of beautiful sleep left. Being ganged up on in group chat. Accomplishing anything. Being greeted by a happy smile or a hug by the owner/manager of my two favorite restaurants. My co-worker meandering in to download his weekend adventures to me the minute I sit down at work. The common thread I see in a lot of these is feeling recognized or loved.
