Whale. You move to Alaska after getting a photography degree in college.
You begin by taking pictures of whales, but then you get obsessed with taking pictures of snow.
Blurry pictures of snow.
As the photos are just white, people aren't really interested in them, and you aren't able to sell any.
You run into a guy (literally. Your dog sleds crash into each other) and you fall in love.
You get married in the snow, but since it's so cold, very few guests come.
As a result of your crash, however, you have a bad concussion that doesn't go away.
Fortunately, it causes your photographs to be wonderful.
Unfortunately, it causes you to go crazy.
Your husband takes care of you into your old age.

I'm a little nervous, but I'll see how my life goes according to Belle.

You have 5 adorable children who are great singers and form a choir. They gain international publicity, and everyone loves them.
However, news breaks that the children don't want to be singing and their parents are forcing them to perform.
Obviously, it isn't true, but the public believes it and you have to deal with several court sessions and lots of interrogation. The children are even removed from your custody at one point.
However, after many many months of dealing with this issue, it is determined that you are not abusing the children, and they are returned to your care.
You have a wonderful life until you die of a stroke in your 60s.

Nope. I've done most of these with professions/interests that people aren't actually interested in.

Okay fine I'll take a life story. If I perish, I perish.

You learn you have a knack for sewing pillowcases, and start a business doing just that. And only that.
Because of your specialized skill, you are asked to make a set of pillowcases for the queen of England.
She loves them, but unfortunately her body guards disapprove of the thread you used in the cases (stating that it simply isn’t high enough thread count for her majesty.)
You’re thrown in prison, and Scotland Yard interrogates you for days.
They determine you guilty, and you spend the rest of your life isolated in prison until you’re executed for treason.

I can't think of any interesting way to say I would like my life story written, so "I would like my life story written" will have to suffice.

You live a pretty normal life from now until college.
While at college you meet the love of your life.
However, when you take him home to meet your parents start acting weird.
While you’re off hanging with your friends, your parents kill him.
Turns out, they’re members of the mafia, and your boyfriend’s parents were on their hit list.
To keep you from reporting them, they send you to an isolated village in Greenland, where you are forced to live the rest of your life.

You’re driving past a house one day, when you notice that it’s on fire.
You stop to see if anyone needs help, and they inform you that there are still 3 kids left in the house.
You quickly rush in, holding a wet towel over your mouth.
You are able to rescue the first two kids fairly easy, but you can’t find the third child.
Once you finally find the little girl, you both have significant burns and smoke damage.
However, you’re able to get both of you out alive.
But, you have lasting damage and scarring because of your efforts.
Your doctor says that you should avoid doing any strenuous activities because of the damage to your lungs.
You get a simple desk job in an office.
There, you fall in love with a client of the company.
You get married, and have 2 wonderful boys.
You live for many more years, and have a happy life.

You get to be pretty good at it, and soon are world-famous.
Circuses pay you tons of money to have you perform.
Unfortunately, you slip while performing an extensive stunt, and even though the net catches you, your spine is broken.
You’re paralyzed for the rest of your life from the neck down.
Though you’ve heard stories of paralyzed people finding love, but sadly it never happens with you.
You die in your early 40s, due to complications with your heart.
