Do you read all the posts on the SS?
How did you find the church you knew you belonged in?
Do you think there will be a ww3 and why?
What was your major in college? How are you using it today?
Do you want kids? If so how many boys and girls?
What makes a good name?

What is forever..? I shall see you again. Just after the mist has faded and time has stopped, over on the other side. Enjoy your journey and I'll enjoy mine.

I do not, I read all the ones in the Community Courtyard.NinjaThrowingStar wrote:Do you read all the posts on the SS?
I shared that a couple pages up but the short answer is I was looking and the girlfriend of a friend gave me a book on Orthodoxy and then invited me to their parish.NinjaThrowingStar wrote:How did you find the church you knew you belonged in?
I do, I think it'll happen when a regional alliance threatens US hegemony in that region.NinjaThrowingStar wrote:Do you think there will be a ww3 and why?
Political science and I use it when I work as a political consultant.NinjaThrowingStar wrote:What was your major in college? How are you using it today?
I should probably get married first but yes afterward I'd like 2-3 kids, at least one boy and girl but no more than that.NinjaThrowingStar wrote:Do you want kids? If so how many boys and girls?

Do you think terms like "liberal" and "conservative" are helpful, or even proper?

They can be helpful sometimes for ease of communication but when we move beyond the US those terms can mean completely different things.

Gueeeeeessss whattttt we did the God is, God is not, God is not not thing today in small group!!!!!!!!! Made me think of you. Pluuuuuuussssssssssssssssssss I loved it. It was fascinating. Do you ever worry with being a Christian mystic that if you aren't rooted in theology and the Bible or some outer definition of truth you could get lost by a false experience? Slash If you depend so heavily on your traditional normative then does that not go against mysticism? Pardon my limited knowledge.

You articulate my thoughts exactly. Without the balance you mentioned one would go to an extreme. But when mystical experiences are weighted against Tradition and the discernment of the fathers it works.

Do you like your Biscottis with coffee?
Do you know who Len Fisher is and what he did?
Do you realize that I learned a lot of weird things about how to "properly eat a Biscotti" after I thought up your question?

So if you don't use your Bible in church, and you read pre-written devotions, WHEN DO YOU USE YOUR BIBLE?

I still use my Bible to read, I'm just reading the same part as the rest of the Church that day. And the services/prayers of the Church are inundated with Scripture.

It's a story about a female mystery writer in post-WWI England who discovers a body on a beach. She investigates the death with a English lord who is a detective.

Do you ever talk about your SS friends or things you read online to your IRL friends?

It was written in 1932 so I guess it really depends on what your definition of "new" is
