Humph. You'll be sorry... Oh, one day you will! (Mr. Thinker shakes his fist angrily at a new Emily-loving enemy.) But let's get back on track.

I thought that, in a way, The Case of the Secret Room was a bit predictable. This is not really a bad thing, I just kind of figured the ending out about 10 minutes before it happened. Was that what it was like for you guys, or am I just really brilliant at solving mysteries?

I agree with Creativethinker101 (I mean, he is my club co-founder :D:) this episode is a tad predictable, but it's still awesome, especially when this was AIO's first two-part mystery. I always got chills listening to the basement scene..."Whittaker..." :D: I have to agree that the Mysterious Stranger is the alltime best mystery outside of episodes from sagas i.e. Waylaid in Windy City from the Blacckgard Chronicles.

I listened to it last night. I was freaked out a little bit.
I was fully entertained! I haven't listened to that episode in a long time. And I was mostly focused on the sound effects.
Really awesome sound effects considering it was made WAY back when!

If you were to listen to any AIO mystery to introduce you to the series, this episode should be your first choice. I'm surprised you guys haven't heard it yet...

I listened to this one years ago. I must have been about 8 or 9. I remember I was listening to it on a long car ride with my cousin. It was at night and there were not many other cars on the road. I must have looked REALLY scared because at one point my cousin stopped the CD and asked me if it was too scary for me.

Despite all the "trauma" this episode has caused me, It's still one of my favorites.

I go into my room with my little brother, turn off the lights, and put the disc in the player, and hop into the bed, and hide under the blankets, and at the scary parts, we scream! I think we did that only once, but it makes the Listening more fun than it already is!

That one was one of the first few that I remeber hearing. I turned down the volume so that it wasn't so loud!!!

That's so cool, gabler.

Yeah, I got freaked out by this one.
Certain episodes I never listen to at night. This is one of them.
Most people listen to Odyssey BEFORE they go to bed. I listen to it WHILE I'm going to bed. It puts me to sleep every night. Some people think it keeps you up at night. I'm so used to it, that it doesn't. I just go to sleep with the voices of Whit, Connie, and Eugene floating around in my head. Or Lucy, Peter, Susan, and Edmund's voices. Or The Last Chance Dectective's voices.

^Off topic. hehehe.
