I'm going to give you a senario: You are driving down the road going 70mph. All of a sudden a giant purple polka dotted elephant steps out onto the road 500 yards in front of you.
You can either:
A: Swerve off the road and crash into the foliage (you'll probably hit a tree.)
B: Go into the opposite lane and crash into the oncoming cars.
C: Slam on your brakes and still crash into the elephant.
D: Hit the eject button and get thrown from your vehicle while your car crashes into the elephant. Though, when you hit the eject button, you are instantly transported into the icy land of Narnia (i.e. come over to the new mafia game and play

Well, my birthday has been declared illegal. My parents stopped all of my birthdays after my first. It's quite unfortunate.
