They probably would say I am not drawing "admiring eyes" my way, since girls are to remain modest and not be a hindrance to men. However, I dress because, regardless of what it is, I dress because I want to please God, and God alone.

It was when I was 4. Dad saw some things in scripture the church we were currently attending wasn't exactly obeying. So we left.

Not particularly. That would require traveling to a zoo, and I am not fond of traveling....in a car, that is, to nowhere interesting.

Love it. Kind of, anyway. I mean, I am not really that crazy about the way I dress. But neither do I want anything else. For one thing I am cold blooded and I can't imagine how people who do not wear dresses stay remotely warm. I just freak out at the thought. But yes, I do like how it sets me apart and I would never want to dress immodestly, even if I don't always stick with the Anabaptist style of dress.

Homosexuals feel judged everywhere they go... errr, some of them. Everyone feels judged by someone. And if I am judged, I never give them the pleasure of letting it bother me. In our town, it is pretty common. Mennonites have saturated the area. But I don't really go by my town for reference. And anyway, if I am "persecuted" which I can't ever say that I have been, it would be an honor, according to the Bible.

Are there any big issues you disagree with your parents on?

Not anything major. I sort of disprove of some of the Anabaptist culture that they would approve of, or see nothing wrong with. But as for major doctrines in scripture, no.

I think I have five. Three are white, one is black, and one is my favorite shade of bright blue. I normally only wear white because that is my preference. My sisters wear black and sometimes dark blue, so there's no rule about it in our home. If it's a covering, it's a covering.
