Yes. American Muenster used to be my favorite cheese before we started making our own, and then we used to make a stinky French Muenster style, which I enjoyed also.

We aren't milking in the morning anymore. Just once a day in the afternoons. But, usually 2 people milk every milking, sometimes just one though...

I don't think you have. Umm, I don't always get on the piano every day unfortunately. But, usually if I am on the piano, I'll play for a half our at least. And, when I'm writing/transcribing music, sometimes an hour and half or more.

Somewhat... we don't purposefully have cheese at every meal (like one would drink water or something), but we don't shy away from having cheese. We have cheese in our eggs for breakfast, sandwiches for lunch, and casseroles for dinner. But we don't put cheese in our pancakes, PB&J sandwiches, or most meat dishes. It really just depends.
