Do you ever wear scarves for warmth?
Are you going to buy a special coat for Canada?
What color are the walls in your room?
Do you have the entire basement to yourself?

If you could have your room re-painted for free in any color, what color would you pick?

What does your church do for Thanksgiving? Just a meal with the members?
Are you going to see your siblings this holiday?
Should people eat way more than they usually do on Thanksgiving?
Do you celebrate your Christmas' with friends or family?

Uhhhhhhhhhh how long are you staying in Canada? You keep talking about winter stuff, you do realize that by June it will be warm right?

I'm actually fine with the color, if I had to change maybe a darker color like green or brown.Connie G. wrote:If you could have your room re-painted for free in any color, what color would you pick?
We have Liturgy in the morning, then a meal afterward for whoever wants to stay. We usually have a small group of around 20, usually people who don't have family in the area; I help cook for the meal.Miss Friendship wrote:What does your church do for Thanksgiving? Just a meal with the members?
Yep, they're both home for the holiday.Miss Friendship wrote:Are you going to see your siblings this holiday?
I don't think so, I think a little bit more is acceptable since it is suppose to be a special occasion but don't go overboard.Miss Friendship wrote:Should people eat way more than they usually do on Thanksgiving?
I usually go to church in the morning and then do things at home with my family the rest of the day. Most of my friends are out of town for the holidays.Miss Friendship wrote:Do you celebrate your Christmas's with friends or family?
I'm moving there in June and staying a year, so I'll be there for the full winter.aragtaghooligan wrote:how long are you staying in Canada?

Do the Eastern Orthodox have their own "Christmas songs" like Protestants do?
Do they ever sing any of the same songs Protestants do in services?
What do you think of your-future-according-to-Belle?

Have you watched the episode of Doctor Who that made the headlines? If so, what did you think?
Would you still post on the SS if Community Courtyard and everything in it was gone and erased?
Did the Canadians strike you as being slightly different from Americans? (Personality, way they think etc)
Are you going to vote on a New Banner?

I did watch the most recent Doctor Who episode and thought it was very good.
Probably not since that's the only place I post in now
Yes, there were a lot of differences I noticed.
I was not aware there was a vote going on

So you, a mod, do not read the announcements the SS makes?
Did the episode where a character in DW dies make you emotional in anyway like everyone else?
If God gave you 12 children, would you get rid of some of them? Which number would be unimportant?

Alright alright, new day, fresh thread count.
Why is it so important that you reach 100 pages? How old are you? What is the last sinful thing you did? Do you think you are a cool dude? Have you ever been angry at God, and why? What kind of MUFFINS do you like?

It did effect me emotionally, I was very attached to said character
I would not get rid of some of them.
Because what else is there?Dom wrote:Why is it so important that you reach 100 pages? How old are you? What is the last sinful thing you did? Do you think you are a cool dude? Have you ever been angry at God, and why? What kind of MUFFINS do you like?
I am 28
Last sinful thing, gluttony
No way, I'm too geeky to be cool
I have been, I was angry because I didn't see any point in life.

Did you hate any particular character after you watched the show like everyone else did?
(Everyone else being SW and Woody)
Have movies/TV shows ever made you cry? If so, which ones?
Which actor/character-in-a-show have you been the greatest attached to?
Why aren't geeks cool? I always thought Eugene made AIO ten times better, and in my book that's cool.

What changed? What is the point of your life? What is the point of life in general? Do animals have a point to their lives?Eleventh Doctor wrote:I was angry because I didn't see any point in life.

I hate all the characters on How I Met Your Mother but that's mostly just residual hatred for the show.Miss Friendship wrote:Did you hate any particular character after you watched the show like everyone else did?
Hotel Rwanda made me cry, can't think of another one.Miss Friendship wrote:Have movies/TV shows ever made you cry? If so, which ones?
Probably Clara on Doctor Who, I just really liked her personality.Miss Friendship wrote:Which actor/character-in-a-show have you been the greatest attached to?
Maybe geeks are cool now, it wasn't that way when I was growing up.Miss Friendship wrote:Why aren't geeks cool?
I found God, I had never really experienced God before so now the point of my life is attempting to live a life of holiness. Which I think is the point of life in general. Dom wants me to give you a hard time for not answering all of her questions, SHOULD I?
If you had to get rid of all your computer/video games except one, which one would that be?
If you had to choose between only attending weddings or funerals, which would it be?
Would you rather have a wedding, but never attend any ever again, or never marry, but go to dozens of weddings in your lifetime?

Ooh tough question, I'd probably keep XCOM which is a game about trying to stop an alien invasion and the exact nature of the game changes from playthrough to playthrough so there's a lot of variety.Miss Friendship wrote:If you had to get rid of all your computer/video games except one, which one would that be?

Only weddings but I'd rather get married and never attend another one.
