Well you should definitely read the Emily of New Moon series. They are so awesome. Emily is an amazing character. Anne is too but in my opinion she doesn't hold a candle to Emily.

Depends on the size of the book. The shorter it is, the longer it takes. Novels I tend to dedicate myself to and get engrossed in. Shorter books I often leave off then come back to.

When did you read the first book in the Anne series?

Golly, about thirteen. I finished that book quite fast, and each since.

Are you at all alarmed by ISIS?

Not for America. For them over there, yes. Though this is rather par the norm over there. How many years do those unfortunates gowithout something like this happening?

Should? Your both morally allowed to. I permit it either way. I like them both, but I suppose the Good Doctor has earned his high posting count with all his debating and nonsensical joking.

I'ts a bit refreshing, most everybodychanges their avi and signature often. You start to stop caring sometimes, and it can be hard to keep track.

Does loving Emily really matter? Or do you just like to go on tangents about things?

Yes, it matters. It's not just about liking her, it's about not not liking her. She's gotten too much hate right from the relaunch. I only like tangents sparingly. They require little cleverness and get old. So I try not to over use them, failingly.

If you weren't Roman Catholic which Christian denomination would you be?

"It's so hard to say. They all look alike to me." But perhaps Anglican, more likely Eastern Orthodox. Comment if you must.

Actually, it doesn't matter in the end of the sentence. If MF and Me were the subject, it would be improper, but since in the predicate, it doesn't matter. But the "m" in Me shouldn't be capitalized, and MF would be before Me.

Because you have eyes. But also, I'm not much good at using them affectively and they don't often crack me up when others use them.

I am a notorious SS-is-better type, but you asked so. The ToO itself, the board, probably has more character. It has the graphics, the elections, the cleverly named forums, all that. In terms of posts, the SS has more. There are far more posts centered on AIO. AIO is truly the theme of the board and, happily, what most members come to discuss. This sets it apart from the hundreds upon hundreds of boards for discussing essentially whatever, which is more or less what the ToO has become.

Pretty, to be sure. It doesn't seem to have much link to your persona. It's dramatic and sad, and you're neither. I like it though.

It is weird. Maybe because you work things out a lot arguing, you get to know each other and accept and maybe even like each other's differences while still attempting to learn from and if necessary change the ideas of the other person. Or maybe because bad TV says to.

What do you think of dramatic and sad stories? Do you prefer only happy endings?

I prefer happy endings, yes. But I enjoy sad endings, 1984 and such are unforgettable. What I don't like is, even when you don't know the plot, you can just feel these characters have no hope and the author is simply sending them off the the slaughter, as in Lord of the Flies. I never finished that, I had no idea it ended so poorly for everybody, I just felt that these characters were in a bland, stacked situation where clearly no good would come.

Is a book any good to you if it has no humor mixed in?

Oh yes. Still, humor rarely hurts a book. A serious story like King Lear feels so sad because the tragedy contrasts with the humor.
