Prayer request! My friend was just in a car accident. She was about a 1/2 a mile from her house when someone hit her head on. There aren't a lot of details yet, but I do know she in the trauma unit at the hospital with head trauma. They might be doing surgery.
I would really appreciate prayers for her and her family. Thank you.

Update on my friend:
She is in ICU, but (praise God) the blood and swelling in her brain has recessed. They also took off the respirator, and she is breathing on her own 100%
! The doctors say she isn't out of the woods yet, but all looks to be going well.

Yet another update on my friend:
Throughout the day, she has been somewhat responsive. When she was awake, she would smile at her family, but they didn't know if she recognized them (she is a very smiley person, and smiles at everyone) or not.
But, then a little while ago, my friends piano teacher came into her hospital room, and she snapped out of her stupor! She started talking a mile a minute, and was back to her normal self! PRAISE GOD!
I thank you all for your prayers! They were very much appreciated!
Anyways, she's not feeling really good and her throat is giving her problems, so if you would all give her some extra prayers tonight...that would be fabulous! She deserves our love and thoughts.
