Occult and New Age
Occult and New Age
So we have confirmed that Harry Potter has little to do with the occult. But what is your opinion on the growing occult and New Age movement which are heavily tied together increasing accepted by certain areas of science. I've been reading an interesting book on it known as Seduction of Christianity.

What does the word heretical mean?

Oh and one more question. What do you think are the dangers of psychology? Is it completely bad, good, or in between?

Psychology in of itself is not bad, it can used improperly but we can't say an entire field is good or bad. Some people need psychological counseling.

Agreed. But how do we combine it with Christianity with out mixing up Christianity.
Some Christians use even use hypnosis.

Hypnosis is not psychology. We don't mix it with Christianity, if you have chemical imbalances in your brain you go to a psychologist and work on that. If that is resulting in a spiritual dimension to your problem you go to church.
