Views on going to Church

Okay so i was wondering what you all think about Wednesday Prayer meeting and Sunday night attending them? Should U? P.S. I do attend those days

The writer of Hebrews says, "Do not forsake the assembly, as some are in the habit of doing, but encourage one another, and all the more as you see the Day approaching." We are also commanded in Hebrews to obey the elders of the church. If we are not attending church, how can we obey that command. A Christian who is "doing it solo" and not attending church is likely no Christian at all.

I concur with Christian. The Bible very strongly recommends, and practically requires going to church. I don't think that means you're going to go to hell if you happen to miss one Sunday, but you definitely shouldn't make a habit of it.

I do attend regularly (My Dad's the pastor lol) but I have a friend who doesnt always attend as well as her family. Thanks Christian for the Bible verse! And Aaron as well for your thoughts

I totally try to go every service,but if I'm sick or out of town we watch online. My church gladly does that. We just started holding once a monthly prayer and worship service. We go to those now too. My dad usaually runs the sound board and is needed. And we all like going to church. I think going to church is important.

My church has four services. Two on Saturday and two on Sunday. My family and I go to the first service on Saturday and my sisters and me go to church on Wednesday nights because of HSM (High School Ministry).
