Blogger lets you add CSS to templates. I dove head-first into the HTML of the template and figured out what classes and ID's different parts of the page corresponded to, and voila.

Okay. It appears you know what you're doing computer wise (way more so than me, at least even if I did make a rather sad attempt to learn JavaScript a couple weeks ago), so perhaps I'll leave the website to you. Is there any way for me to edit and make posts? I don't think Blogger allows multiple admins for blogs (at least, I've been using it for six years and I've never seen the option), but I can't be sure.

The blog is just an extension of he topic. The topic will (hopefully) remain the center of KRE and the blog will just enable us to branch out. But at the same time, the blog will (hopefully) be used and absorbed by most active KRE members, so it will not really be "optional" either. Does that answer your question?
