I like Emily's nastiness - to tell the truth. Yet, I wonder - why does the ERK wear tutus? Does Emily like tutus? Why not wear green clothes - and why dress Emily in blue when her favorite color is green? Also, why do you idolize Emily? Say, how many episodes has she appeared in? These are just my curiousities.

It's a very, very old joke that dates back to the beginning of the SS. It's complicated to explain, but to sum it up, tutus have more to do with PF (our leader) than Emily.

Why not wear green clothes - and why dress Emily in blue when her favorite color is green?

The only instance I see is PF's drawing of Emily, and that's when she is dressed in Elsa's ICE dress. Ice is not typically green.
Also, we do wear green tutus, and green shirts, and throw green confetti everywhere.
