I like LINKIN PARK!!! But he's too....um...old for the kiddies. So how about Selena Gomez? We must honor our beloved Fuhrer.

Lol! Yes Gomez is good! (I personally like her song tell me something I don't know.) And PF adores her so it would work. But we may want something more to add some... "flavor" like a mix of people. Just saying listening to the same songs over and over and over... well it gets annoying!

Another Emily Conversational Starter

Does anyone have a favorite Clubhouse magazine Jones and Parker mystery?

Sorry, I don't read them anymore. What's your favorite, Ma'am?

Can't Remember the name, but it was the one where it's Presidents Day. For one thing, it had a lot of great AIO characters in very little space without making them feel squeezed in, and they all acted wonderfully in character. No one just said things that were only of use to the plot, their lines all simultaneously showed off their personalities. it also had obvious clues that were ridiculously easy to miss, forcing me to give it a second reading. Further, it was hysterical. Take this bit when Emily sees Matthew's "beheaded" chocolate cherub: "I did what any professional detective would do. I laughed my head off."

Oooo..I really can't think of what my favorite would be. They're all pretty great, but I think I've only ever figured out 2 of them. *sigh*

I must admit, I've solved about that number. Sometimes, after reading the solution, I think, "No human being could possibly put together those vague clues to form that far-fetched conclusion. This is a scam." More often though, I react like, "Why oh why couldn't I see that? I can't even figure out mysteries designed for eight year olds."

How many has everyone else solved?

OK... since u all know i don't like Emily i can just say right now to Emily lovers... im sorry if i hurt u!!! but i don't think shes a great character... at all!!!... let me give u the list...

1. shes too EXTRA!!! sometimes i cant stand her!!! like in "repent after me" when Barrett is talking to whit and he just mentions mystery and she pops up and is trying to help him i just wanted to tell Emily to stop thinking shes got every mystery

2. (speaking of mystery)... she solves all her mysteries with easy logic... like come on!!!! think of some better mysteries to solve!!!

3. she never lets Matthew solve the case... have u noticed that every "case" (if u can even call it that) is solved by her? Matthew solves nothing!!!

4. Her actress is an adult!! thats just not right...

5. she has a weird choice of guys. like buck... SERIOUSLY?!? hes like the one person in the world u cant trust and she trusts him!!! (and i thought shes good at solving mysteries and figuring people out!!!)

6. Oh and her LAUGH... OH HOW IT MAKES ME CRINGE!!!!

and i could probably think of 10 more... but i dont have the time... those are all just off the top of my head

With that one instance with Barrett, it's not all that uncommon for siblings to hang out near each other/do stuff together/listen to each others conversations, so I'm not totally sure what the problem is here... also, it's not uncommon for people to interrupt a conversation at Whit's End and ask if they can help. I mean, how many times do other people do that?

.....This is a new argument, I must say, and it's very refreshing. Most of the time everyone complains about how impossible it is for her to solve her mysteries as quickly as they do, because "No 12 year old would be able to figure that out".

Well, I'm assuming you haven't read the Clubhouse mysteries, in which Matthew solves several cases. Anyways, there have been many times in which she never would have figured it out without Matthew's help, so it's not like she totally ignores him. And if she has it figured out first, nothing wrong with that.

4. Her actress is an adult!! thats just not right...

I get the feeling you don't know that several other AiO kids are played by adults. Such as: Connie Kendall, Camilla Parker, Nicholas Adamsworth, and a few others. It's not that unusual or weird.

So she made a mistake judging Buck's character... nobody's perfect at figuring people out. If she had suspected him, I have a feeling she'd just get complaints about how "she's always soooo intuitive, no one could even figure everyone out". Besides, she had a crush on him, so she wasn't that concerned with him possibly being, ya know, a criminal.

6. Oh and her LAUGH... OH HOW IT MAKES ME CRINGE!!!!

You think she has a weird laugh? Maybe I should send you a recording of mine. Talk about cringe-worthy.
