Haha! I was afraid you wouldn't....I suppose you just have to be Romanian ;)

I shall try to offer an explanation: Basically, a Romanian teacher can be quite the bear. The meme is saying that one cannot simply drink a soda in front of a Romanian teacher without getting a HUGE reaction.
