Last night, I watched Evan Almighty. Such a fun movie! I think that it is a little off on some parts but still a very enjoyable movie.

Then, this morning, my sister made me watch Frozen.

Just watched a couple of movies.

The Imitation Game (Amazing)
Skyfall (for the 4th time)
Big Hero 6 (Great movie, but I still can't believe it came in ahead of Intersteller at the box office. Interstellar was much better)

Now I'm gonna spend the next few hours watching Casino Royale and Quantum of Solace.

I finally watched When the Game Stands Tall last night. It wasn't bad; a little different then I thought it would be.

Selma. It was a fantastic, somewhat upsetting film. I can't decide if I like it or The Imitation Game better. It seems as though all good movies coming out lately have been based on true stories. I guess that's how it's always been though.

I watched Zoom (2006). That was a blast from the past. :)

I'm watching A Boy Named Charlie Brown. I like the other Peanuts show better.

I just watched Selma also. Fantastic movie. But so was the Imitation Game. I'm also not sure which one I liked better.

I've seen almost all of the Oscar nominees for best picture and both Selma and The Imitation Game were by far the best. (Although I still can't believe Interstellar wasn't nominated.)

I've only seen two of the Best Picture nominees, because I somehow missed The Theory Of Everything during its go around in theaters, and all the other ones are rated R (though I still really, really want to see Boyhood). What are your predictions for what will win? I think it's a very close race, but ultimately my prediction would be for either Selma or Boyhood.

I watched The Road to El Dorado. I now know why I wasn't allowed to watch it as a child. O.o

Yeah, Theory of Everything was the only one I didn't see.

I'm predicting that either Boyhood or Birdman will win best picture (even though Birdman wasn't that great of a movie.)

But I'm hoping that either Selma or The Imitation Game will win. (American Sniper was also a pretty good movie.)

Really, Birdman wasn't that good? I've heard nothing but good reviews for that movie.

Well, the acting and cinematography are absolutely perfect, but the plot was just pain ridiculous.

It was supposed to be a black comedy, if I'm not mistaken, and black comedies typically don't make a whole lot of sense. Birdman looked interesting, too, and it's another one I hope to see some time... in the distant future. It doesn't seem like the type of movie that would win Best Picture, though. The Academy is a generally good institution, but it's undeniably true that they typically go for a very specific kind of movie to win "Best Picture", which is why the nominees are always so easy to predict (most of the predictions I saw online before the nominees were announced turned out to be right). Interstellar was a great movie, but it shouldn't really come as a surprise to anyone that it wasn't nominated for Best Picture. It's not the exact opposite of a typical Best Picture winner or anything, but it's definitely not "Oscar bait" either, so the Academy ignores it.

Birdman? The name even sounds ridiculous.

I have been watching a lot of Carol Burnet.

I'll probably see Unbroken on Saturday. My mum really, REALLY, wants to see it. Has anyone seen it? Was it good?

I heard that this show is really good.

I'm watching Bedtime Stories right now. It's not bad.
