@Mr. Whit's End, Technically last month. Hehe Anyway, I'm speaking in general. Just look at their list of recently uploaded videos and most of them are girlfriend this and boyfriend that. They have the occasional video that I can relate to, but, I just am not that interested, anymore.

I find the main guy's voice kind of annoying (nothing he can do about that, obviously, so it's not criticism of any sort, it's just a stupid pet peeve I have), but the overall message of their videos is fantastic, one that I agree with wholeheartedly, and they manage to convey it in an amusing and relevant way.

Perhaps they are going a bit overboard with that. All their videos seemed to be divided into two categories: critiques of the "modern Christian" and dating advice. But I suppose if that's what their audience wants...

Sounds like some good non-relationship vids coming up. I think it gets kind of hard to come up with a new video idea every week; relationships are their fallback. I would prefer it if they uploaded less frequently with more original ideas...but whatever keeps the fans happy. :p

What is that supposed to mean? I wasn't complaining about the inherent fact that they were talking about relationships, I was just saying it was my humble opinion that they did it too often.

Those sound like much better video ideas, Gooey. I imagine it is hard to do a weekly show.

He was responding to the suggestion that the audience wants more videos about relationships by pointing out that those videos tend to be more controversial than they are catering.

I think that part of the reason why they do relationships so often is because relationships are something that a lot of people can relate to, and something with which they all have personal experience. I think that they've also seen some real issues with people's perceptions of dating, both in the homeschooled Christian community and the secular one, and frankly, they're issues that I think can't be addressed enough, considering how much screwing up a relationship can hurt you and the people around you.

Whoa, I didn't realize Blimey Cow had such an extensive Wikipedia page, much less a Wikipedia page at all. I always assumed they were some indie, underground thing that only Soda Shoppers knew about. Guess I should've looked at the number of views on the videos more closely...

Haha, yeah they're pretty big these days. One time, I was watching one of their videos, and this random kid came up behind me and said, "Is that Messy Mondays? Worst show ever." XD

Do you all think Blimey Cow has reached their peek? It doesn't really seem like, to me, their videos are getting better. But rather, staying the same. And I'm not really a big fan of their spin-off stuff.
