Windows Media Player cannot play this DVD because it is not possible to turn on analog copy protection on the output display. Try installing an updated driver for your video card. This is what it says?!

Most likely it's a hardware issue. The cords that connect the main computing stuff to the monitor on the ipod are most likely wearing out of dying. If not that it's a software issue, but that doesn't seem likely. Try taking it to an Apple Store if you want. I had iOS 7 jailbroken until the dev preview for iOS 8 came out, then I updated. The iOS 8 jailbreak just came out today, but I think I will wait for the Evasi0n release. Pengu is not very reliable.
