The Taurikili thing was... not great. Though if it had to be there, it was the best it could've been.
The White Council was pretty epic... for the 5 minutes of screen time they had. >_<
The movie was basically a 2 1/2 hour fight scene. No. Plot. Ugh. And the Pale Orc. Bleh.
I feel like Alfred was there for comic relief. And he was quite funny... until that last scene with the gold... that was waaaaay unnecessary.
Dain though, Dain was pretty great xD
I wanted Thorin, Fili, and Kili to die, but I really didn't think it would affect me so much. Nor that it would be so... gruesome. :p
I pretty much disliked it. I hope that Peter Jackson Doctor Who episode never happens. He already ruined a great book. I won't let him near my favorite show.
"You'll never be far, I'm keeping you near, inside of my heart, you're here." ~Owl City, Gold
But really, his death was waaaaay too dramatic. And I love dramatic deaths, so that says a lot. His asking Bilbo to forgive him was just... I can't even.
Bilbo inviting the dwarves who survived over for tea had me crying the hardest. "No need to knock..."
Tauriel/Kili was BEAUTIFUL. But a bit unsatisfactory. I wished they kissed while he was still alive. Ugh.
...Smaug dead before the opening sequence? Alrightly then...
KILI MY BABY NO
I hope Alfred dies a most painful death in the extended -_-
*cough*Gandalf/Galadrielismynewship*cough*
That scene where Galadriel and Elrond defeat the Nazgul is probably my favourite action scene in the whole movie. The cinematography was the most beautiful thing EVER. This is a lesson, kids. Never, EVER, make Galadriel mad.
Elrond is EPIC. The warrior Elves are EPIC. Legolas and Tauriel are EPIC. Elves in general are EPIC.
Why does Thrandy get an Elk? Can I have an Elk?? xD
I feel like there are about 1000 plot holes, which will hopefully be cleared up in the extended.
I'm still in denial over the deaths...
ARAGORN REFERENCE ARAGORN REFERENCE *screams*
Bilbo handling the ring was just... frightening.
When Thorin said to Bilbo that one of then was "falsssssssse" me and the guy I was with both looked at each other, jaws on the floor. Again, THORIN NO.
There's probably about 175382 more things that I've forgotten to put here. I need to watch it again. Get my heart stabbed multiple times again.
