Oh gosh. I can easily stay up all night, but I could sleep in til 2 in the afternoon. I hate mornings.

Once (I know, I can be evil) I went into my brothers room with a sword (A fake) and put it to his neck and yelled "put your hands up!" ( it didn't really work cause his pillow was over his head and he was awake, but you get the picture...)

I just had a Bible Quizzing meet, and my team came in last. xD But I think that was because I was the only person on my team for the whole day who got questions. Oh well...

My Gosh, that has to be hurting your body! You should probably have 8-9 hours on average. Wow.

Well, I'm an adult now (boo) and adults should have 6-7 hours. So I'm not that far off. Probably once I get a job and stop working at a desk I'll be more tired.

The brain of an eighteen year old is still developing, and will be for years to come.

Actual eighteen-year-old can confirm - that's really not at all a healthy sleep pattern. You may be a legal adult, but biologically, you are a teenager, and you require the same amount of sleep all teenagers do - roughly between 8 and 10 hours.

Clara, do you exercise a lot? I once heard that one hour of exercise gives you the same energy as two hours of sleep...

I love to stay up late but I hate mornings. I have friends who sleep to noon, but I can not!
