I don't think that nominations are made, Eleven usually just announces when you are one.

Lol! No guarantee I will be nominated then. My question is, why choose such a creature as a vampire for a theme? They seem almost...no offence....devilish. Kill and drink blood? Although debating vampires or whatever sounds better....

sorry i think i was being rather rude at first and i apologize. in the last couple days i think improved in my debating skills tho cuz i've been trying to think things through better and i've been enjoying it. so anyhow sorry again for my first few thoughtless debatable posts i made.

I do not expect or demand agreement on the issues we debate. However we hold ourselves to certain standards when it comes to debate. Such as providing clear, concise, logical arguments backed by facts and evidence.

Actually, I do disagree with Eleventh on certain issues—for one thing, he's Eastern Orthodox and I'm Southern Baptist.

Frankly, though, I'm not touching the feminism topic with a ten-foot pole, partially because I'm not even sure what I think on the matter—whether I subscribe to a complementarian or an egalitarian perspective—and partly because I'm just too tired to adequately articulate my perspective.

Tiger, right now I think that you've got to be one of the smartest people on the board. I was determined to stay away from the subject to, partly because I just participated in a round similar to this, and its not a subject I am passionate about... somehow I got pulled in...
