I never said you did. I've only ever said you act like you are 100% right. there is a difference. ;)
That is the best way of debating.
I disagree Blitz. You don't go into a debate acting like you "know everything" just you "know your argument." There is a difference.

You should have confidence in your ability to debate and in that you are debating the right side.

Then your view must change, but approaching the debate you should be 100 percent right in your mind.

So you should not be open to the idea that you are wrong? *remembers that she is never wrong in debates*

I think it's more about being assured of the facts that are on your side and expressing them with confidence through persuasive speech, not by being assured that you're completely right. A person who is entirely sure that he or she is completely right tends to look much more foolish when proven wrong than someone who is confident in his or her accuracy and yet leaves doors open for margins of error. I'm not saying that there aren't certain topics about which someone can be completely correct, but there's something to be said for an attitude of graciousness.
it's not about 'deserve'. it's about what you believe. and i believe in love

Yes, you should be open to the idea that you are wrong bu not feel wrong until proven wrong. And you have been and been proven wrong and changed your opinion before MF.

Not saying I haven't. Just saying I believe myself to be right when I debate, like you were saying.

Sir Blitz, for the crimes of debating without citations and using poor sources you have been relieved of your command. You will remain a regular debate vampire but be more careful in the future.

@T.S. You are, your title is The high wellborn Sir TS Knight of the Order of Aristotle and member of the Kings Guard

Fancy. \:D/ I've felt much more like a debate vampire recently, probably because of this election season.

The Doctor decide on whether you debate well according to his standards and gives you a title when he feels that you are ready for it.

M'lord, many years have I slaved in the halls of debate to build a reputation worthy of this court. In that time, I have, of course, made many mistakes, as I am sure you have noticed. However, I have worked tirelessly to correct these errors, and I feel it is now time for me to humbly request membership in this esteemed court. I ask that you consider my abilities and my many endeavours to contribute to the discussions contained within these hallowed halls. I hope that you will find me well versed in the field of discourse, and a debater of fine quality. My liege, I thank you for your time and consideration. *bows*
