#974: The Show Must Go On (and On)

This episode had a most interesting plot, which I thought was done well. I do appreciate how it showed the relationship with Connie and Jules and how they are doing after the events of the episodes “The Best Is Yet to Come”. The part with the Christmas karaoke was funny. I liked how we hear Od...

Re: Movies

Ah, yes, the movies topic has been revived! \:D/ In recent years, I’ve been becoming more interested in film, something I’ve started researching for fun. It’s an interesting area. Although there’s a lot of movies I have not seen, I do keep up with what’s currently being released and what movies are ...

Re: The Bookshelf

Still do not have time to read (wow, I've been saying that in almost all my previous posts on here :anxious:). But I have started reading the newest book in the Imagination Station book series, Big Risks in Russia. Hopefully I'll find it more enjoyable than the previous book in the series.

Re: Book website that tells you what time period the book takes place?

Good topic, Bananareader. This is something that I have never thought about. Does such a website exist? I did some research, finding a lot of things about books. I found a website that helps authors publish, market, and sell their books and then several websites which tell you what book to read. The...

Re: The Jacobs Report: Robert Smalls

It was good to hear from Dale Jacobs again, I hope that he continues to appear in future episodes! Also, good to hear Whit's invention of interactive photos, The Gallery, being used. Robert Smalls was someone I hadn't heard of until I looked up the name when this episode title was first revealed las...

#966-969: The Best Is Yet to Come

The four-part episode about the future of the Meltsner family is currently releasing on the AIO Club! Part 3 released yesterday. What are everyone's thoughts on these episodes? How do you think this will all conclude?

(My thoughts shall be posted at a later time.)

All Things Adventures in Odyssey

There's a new AIO Podcast! \:D/ Okay, some years ago, around 2020, there were a TON of Adventures in Odyssey podcasts being made (there were a lot, as I commented about this some time ago). But I feel like in the recent years, late 2021-2022 onward, that there has been a drop in activity in fan podc...

#964: As Far As It Depends on Me

What are everyone's thoughts on the first episode of Album 75? I'll write my thoughts in detail later, but for now I'll say that I liked this episode! I love how this episode reopens Penny's past with Dr. Trask. We get to see each person's thoughts and how they have been affected by him after all th...

Re: Ask Bananareader

Ooh, revival of the Interview Booth! \:D/ Here are a few questions to get us started: How long have you been listening to AIO? What was the first AIO episode you heard? What is your favorite Odyssey episode? What's your least favorite? What is your opinion on onions? If you could have any car, which...

Re: Hypothetically Speaking: Eugene's Death?

With Album 75 about to be released, we now have somewhat of an idea of what may happen with Eugene. I typed up a reply to this topic soon after it was created last year, but never posted it. Some of what I said is probably outdated, but here is my response that I wrote: Will Ryan recorded a number o...

Re: ProtoMitch!

Good topic, Patterson! I actually listened to "Go Ye Therefore" recently and this did cross my mind. Robert is introduced less than a minute into the episode with Connie's line, "Robert, this friend of mine from church, got me reading this book about evangelism". We then hear him...

Re: Star Wars thread

Ah, yes. Season 3 of The Mandalorian. I have thoughts. I enjoyed the first episode. The part where Grogu starts squeezing the tiny mechanic guys (Anzellan, I think they’re called?) and they say, “bad baby!” was hilarious! I couldn’t stop laughing. The third episode, featuring Pershing, was unu...

Re: The Bookshelf

I don't have much time to read for fun nowadays. But I did recently read the newest book in the Imagination Station book series, Land of the Lost . I usually keep up with the series since the books are usually free to read on the Adventures in Odyssey Club before their release. They're there, so I r...

#955: Value in the Process

Here are some of my thoughts on this episode: This episode was interesting. I'll need to listen to this episode again before making any final judgements. But it is safe to say that with the the issues in the last Morrie episode, "The Team", along all the controversy surrounding the Rydell ...

#958: Reporting Live from Mount Sinai

Anyone have any thoughts on this first episode of Season 10 of the Adventures in Odyssey Club? I thought it was interesting. I'd need to hear it again before giving any final judgements, but for now I'll say that I think it was good. Adults using the Imagination Station is something that I thought q...
