Re: What are your Favorite Theme parks or Amusement Parks??

The only theme park I've ever been to is Silverwood. I don't like rollercoasters, so there weren't a whole lot of rides I went on. My dad is an elementary school teacher ( I was homeschooled after 3rd grade though) and here in some north Idaho counties, kids could get a free Silverwood ticket for re...

Re: #928-929: The Lost One

I don't have a whole lot to say about these two episodes. I kinda liked part one and Olivia's crisis resolving seemed a little abrupt in part two, but I've only heard it once. I thought Leonid had a different voice actor from triple decker sundae when listening to part one and after hearing part two...

Re: AIO Actors in Other Things

I was watching an episode of Deep Space 9 and it had Kenneth Mars (Captain Quinn, Frederick Holstien) in it. Star trek TOS also had a few minor characters voiced by Walker Edmiston (Tom, Bart).

Re: The Only Movie You Could Pick

The lord of the rings. If I had to choose just one of the three though, I'd pick the fellowship of the ring. I have a friend who used to almost watch those movies that often, but now I doubt his wife would let him do that.

If you do decide to change your name, please make sure to follow Soda Shop protocol regarding the policy of name changes, as has been instructed by our leader, Doll, in this topic.
Yep, if I do I will. I'd read that here before when thinking about changing it, but thanks for the reminder.

Re: Star Wars thread

I’m curious to know: exactly how bad are the Ewoks films? I noticed them on Disney+ and have been considering watching them. I hear a lot about The Clone Wars . It sounds interesting, but I’m not sure if I want to commit myself to watching all 7 seasons at the moment. I’ll probably watch it at some...

Re: Star Wars thread

Would I be stoned in the streets if I said the movie I liked watching the most was The Force Awakens? I came into star wars late into the game, but I'm a big fan now, even after episodes 8 and 9. I watched the Original trilogy first, then the prequels, the way it was meant to be. Actually my first e...

My username poll

I'm considering asking the admin for a name change to Patterson, my username on the ToO forum. I created an account on this forum first and wanted my username to be an odyssey reference that wasn't already taken(my first thought was Sparky the Happy Giraffe but that was already used). Then later whe...

Re: Will Ryan Has Passed Away

I cried so hard when I heard the news. It'll be a while before I can hear his voice again without crying(heard Eugene on the Basset wedding episode the other day and needed to stop the episode for a bit). Does anyone know if Will was a christian? I believe so, but it would be super comforting to kno...

Re: Odyssey Central - New Site!

Sounds Awesome! I checked it out real quick the other day and it looks great. I'm particularly intrigued by the odyssey player and web radio functions. I remember years ago when AiO released a web radio player around the time of either album 53 or 55. They didn't leave it up very long and they remov...

Re: Triple Decker Sundae

It’s interesting how Olivia is talking to the Leonid philosopher throughout the episode. I guess his thoughts and questions are representing the things that Olivia researched about him and is trying to argue with them in her head. This was a very unique way to do it, and I liked it! I also found it...

Re: Higher Than Our Ways

This episode certainly leaves you with a lot to think about. ;) That it does. I'm curious to see where this storyline with Olivia goes. That thing about character ages is super confusing, Maybe Olivia's been held back a year or two in a particular subject and is still taking a class at the middle s...

Re: Who was the Chairman?

I think the Marcus theory sounds pretty convincing except for the "Hey, random giant company, wanna rule the world part?" Maybe if he had a pre-existing connection with some of the board members. On a side note, what if the 'Andromeda' chairman is actually the Blackguaard chronicles chairm...

Re: #922 The Team

Here's my rambling thoughts on it. It was good to hear from Cooper again, I like that Odyssey is including some more high schooler characters. I hope he gets more character development in the future. Thought it was weird that Emily immediately went to Morrie, who she doesn't trust for help with tech...

Inconsistency in Odyssey

What inconsistencies and or plot holes have you noticed with AIO? A famous one among fans is the issue of whether or not Whit owned the land around Whit's End. Another infamous one is Nicky going back to middle school in The Power, after he's attended college earlier in Eugene's Dilemma. One I've not...

Re: Questions for Admins/Mods

Could there be a subfolder thing on episode study for AiO Club Exclusives? It would make it a lot easier for non-club members to find the mainstream Odyssey episodes to discuss. Especially considering that club members get to listen to mainstream episodes months in advance, so the new mainstream epi...

Re: VBS Themes!!

Our VBS themes were normally themed around the life of a bible character. Like one year we'd do the the story of the apostle Paul and and all the activities would be based on ancient Rome. Sometimes their attempts to be biblically accurate were really confusing as a kid. I mean your average seven ye...
