Just
when I was onto them, they made it public. Radio Theatre
is definitely cooking up a new package design and their website
has gone through a major design change as well. I personally
think it's been long-needed in the Radio Theatre world.
Be sure and head over to http://www.radiotheatre.org
to check it out.
Also
a new website from Focus on the Family started a while ago, but
I forgot to mention the link. Visit
http://www.troubledwith.com.
It's geared towards people in the secular world with family
issues and other issues of the sort. It's a good way of
promoting good morals in the midst of a sinful world. This
website may help someone make a wiser choice than they would
have, and hopefully they'll find the truth of the Gospel in it.

Earlier
this week I said that I would be posting something that many of
you have been awaiting for over six months. Well, it's finally
time...

After
so many months and so much waiting, I am proud and excited to
present "The Forum Awards 3" and "The Forum
Awards 4." Unlike previous Forum Awards, these two
have been specifically judged by the webmaster himself.
You
may want to check out the newly redesigned
Polls
& Forums section. Be sure to let me know what you think of the design,
and don't forget to check back July 1st for a new poll and
forum!

I've
got some good news and bad news if you're a Radio Theatre
fan. The good news is that there are some new productions coming
out later this year. "Father Gilbert Mysteries 2,"
"The Luke Reports 3," and "At Home in Mitford"
will be hitting the bookstores later this year. The bad news is
that Tyndale is redesigning all the packages again. Drat. If
you're like me, you like to have everything up-to-date. With the
new packages you might be feeling as if you will need to
purchase all the updated packages. Well, I've decided not to. I
personally like the older package designs, not the new ones.
Every Radio Theatre production will be redesigned, and
the logo was changed too. Change: I hate it.

Home in Mitford" - (6) -

Above
are the three new titles appearing later this year. The
parentheses after each title is the number of cassettes/CD's
included in each package, and if you click on "Image"
you can see the coverarts. Also, as seen above, there is a new
complete set of all the Narnia productions now available.
I'm
not really pleased and some of you may not be, but one of the
coverarts has me wondering, and I'm sure some of you will be
too. Oh well. I guess we'll have to get used to it together.
It's only a box, right?

A
problem has arisen around the Town Hall message boards, and
Jared Walczak has written a letter to inform everyone of the
problem. Click here to read his
important announcement.

I'm
thinking I had many of you on pins and needles after you read
yesterday's update. I'm also sure that many of you remember the
last Episode-Speak forum we conducted here on the website. The
trouble is ... We never posted it!
I
apologize for not posting the Episode-Speak or the
Eugene-Speak Awards which came before it. Stay tuned this week
because you'll be seeing both up here on the website! After so
long, the awards will finally be given. I might possibly create
another forum for everyone's input to go in, but I promise it
won't take so long next time.

In
"The Last Battle," "Connie" decided to hang
out with "Bad Company," but "It's Not Fair"
that she made such a "Relatively Annoying" decision.
She was like a "Strange Boy in a Strange Land," bound
in "Chains" as she tried to find some
"Passages" to lead her home. However, her journey was
like the game of "Hide and Seek." Winding pathways
here and there, not knowing which way was home. Suddenly,
"It Began with a Rabbit's Foot." Just as quickly as it
stuck out on the path in front of her it disappeared. She needed
to make "The Right Choice" as she came to a
"Twisting Pathway," another path branching off to the
left. She needed to make "The Right Choice," "The
Turning Point" of her life before her. She wanted to be
"Home, Sweet Home."
Please
check back tomorrow.

Yesterday
in my update I said that I didn't know what album #40 will be
titled. Since then two people have e-mailed me and reminded me
that Wonderworld
revealed the album title. So album #40 will be called... Out
of Control. To me, it seems like an odd album name, but
who's to question Focus on the Family in how they name albums?
Thanks again to the two of you who contacted me about my goof.

I
recently learned that the next album in the redesigned
collections will be titled "Heroes." Formerly
Secrets,
Surprises, and Sensational Stories, it will contain all the
same episodes with a new cover design. I have not yet learned
what the album after Friends, Family, and
Countrymen will be called. Why would we want to know anyway?

Today's
new episode, Hindsight, is airing across radio stations
across the country. Liz
gets in the Room of Consequence to experience the results of a
single choice... backwards. Now scratch my ears and call me
Sparky. That sounds like an interesting episode! If you don't
have a radio station near you playing Odyssey, head on over to
Oneplace.
They'll help you out.

Well,
I'm officially starting my summer vacation today! Why not help
me celebrate by listening to "Family Vacation" today?!
I plan on getting to work on some new stuff, especially a pile
of Interviews which need to be
posted as of yet. I hope to finish the new Episodes section this
summer.

I'm
so excited! I only have two days left of school. Today and
tomorrow I have finals and then I'm free! I'll be able to
continue on some new site stuff as soon as summer arrives.

For
several months now, Jared Walczak, the former producer of
OdysseyRadio, has been initiating his occupation as mayor to
work diligently to settle problems on the
Town
Hall message boards and to keep the peace among the AIO
community. Reelection time is coming up soon and he needs our
help! Today Jared has launched a new website for his reelection
campaign, and you need to head on over and support this virtuous
candidate. Jared has experience -- something the other many
candidates on the ballot do not have. A vote for Jared
Walczak is a vote for trustworthy experience!
Click
here to view the new Campaign site of the Jared Walczak
Committee, and be sure to submit your endorsement!

Eugene,
how we need you back. It's been a couple of years since Will
Ryan, the actor who plays Eugene Meltsner, has appeared on the
program. Lately I've really been noticing the absence in Odyssey
without our beloved Eugene. How are you feeling about this? Are
you a regular listener of Adventures in Odyssey and don't
know what's going on with the actor? Then visit
this
page to find out! I don't think AIO will ever be the same
without him if he doesn't return to the show. I've already been
noticing that I've lacked interest in the show ever since he
disappeared from the program. All who agree please
raise
your hand.

In
just a few short days, school will be ending for me and I'll be
able to get to work on the new Episodes section coming up. It's
about a fourth finished, but now that summer is almost here I'll
be able to get more done faster. I'm so happy that school will
be out on June 10th!

Welcome
to the month of June! As promised, two new
Extra!
Extra! articles are now up. I'd like to thank Erin Jackson
and Elf of Rivendell for submitting their articles to the
website. We've been needing some life added to the Extra!
Extra! section for a while.
Also
today, I'm very proud to reveal a new section over at
Misc.
I'm calling it Odyssey Wallpaper, and that's exactly what it
has. There are now 16 new wallpapers for you to choose from to
add life to your desktop if you wish. Be sure to check them out.
The Misc section has a revamped look, so try to notice that,
too.
