He is a shrewd, shady character that seems to have a lot
to hide. He has long stringy hair and a beard and a southern accent.
Later he cleaned himself up to make himself look less like a hillbilly.
History
He played a big part in the Green Ring Conspiracy, doing
several tasks including meeting with
Monty Whittaker and Derk Begs, dropping
off printing equipment, picking up the paper used to make the
counterfeit bills, meeting with Penny Wise
to discuss the poster for Uncle Archie's Carnival, and kidnapping
Katrina Meltsner.
