How long have you been a fan of Adventures in Odyssey?
I listened to Odyssey a lot when I
was a little kid but I did not become a real AIO fan until probably last year
when I discovered whitsend.org.
After I discovered the official site I started going to other sites and those
sites led to other sites and so on...
What is your favorite episode of all time?
Oooh... tough choice! But I
believe my all time favorite would have to be "The Time Has Come" because of how
it flashes back to Eugene's adventures in Odyssey. It gives me goosebumps almost
any time I hear it. My second favorite would probably be "The Final Conflict"
because it has the end of the Blackgaard Saga.
What is your favorite AIO web site?
I would probably have to say
www.aiosoda.com because it
has so much info on it. I like this one too but I'd have to say
aiosoda.com.
If you could meet one actor, who would you meet and why?
I would have liked to have met
Walker Edmiston before he passed away. By the way he sounded on 500 and other
episodes and by what the other actors said about him on the podcast, he sounded
like a very nice man.
Which character do you resemble the most and why?
I think I resemble Tom the most
because I like to have things simple just like he does. I think I am also gentle
like Tom is for the most part. There are times I have my fits but doesn't
everybody?
Who is your favorite character and why?
I think Jared DeWhite is my
favorite character because of all of his crazy conspiracy theories. It is just
hilarious all the fixes he gets himself into because of his suspicious nature. I
kind of wish Odyssey would bring him back.
In your opinion, what do I need to change about my website?
I don't think you need to change
anything! It looks great the way it is!
If you could change anything about AIO, what would it be and why?
I would change the way they read
the scriptural application. I would like them to have the KJV only because I
believe this version was created by scholars. I do understand that this is a
kids show and that the producers want to convey it in a way that kids can
understand but this is just my opinion.
How do you imagine Whit's End and the town of Odyssey?
I imagine Whit's End looking like
an old mansion just like it is in the pictures. It is very hard to imagine what
Odyssey looks like but I do believe that it would have to bigger than a "small
town."
If you had your own AIO site, what would you put on it?
I would put a list of all the
sagas that have happened over the years. From Novacom to the Richard/Tom
dispute. It would be kind of cool to be able to see all of the different types
of sagas AIO has run over the years.
What is your favorite section of
whitsend.org?
I think I like the podcast best
because you get to learn a bunch of "inside stuff" that you didn't know before.
An example would be how on the podcast where Kathy Buchanan and John Fornof
discuss AREM. They said that originally the AIO team was going to incorporate
Richard Maxwell as AREM but used Mitch instead. I did not know that before and I
wish they would have stuck with the original plan! It would have been great to
here from Richard again!
What is your favorite section of the Odyssey Scoop, my site?
I like the Misc page best because
it has a lot of interesting topics on it. (i.e. Where Odyssey is not, Citizens
of Odyssey) It is just a fun page where you can learn different things about
Odyssey.
