How long have you been a fan of Adventures in Odyssey?

Since the fall of 1999, I got really sick and listening to episodes helped pass the time. I would listen to about 3 albums a day, this is when they were only on album 33 so it took me less than two weeks to listen to the whole series, and after that I would start over again. I'm not sure how many times I listened to all of the episodes, there were some ones that I only listened to once, some of the others ones I listened to 10-15 times.

 

What is your favorite episode of all time?

Wow though question there's so many good ones to choose from. I like the big long story arcs like Blackgaard and Novacom saga's although I think the Blackgaard one is better. Some of my favorite stand alone episodes are; Hold-up, the Curse, Real Time and Top This. Anything with Bernard and Eugene or Bryan Dern is usually pretty high on my list. Suspicious Minds is another episode near the top of my list along with anything else that fits into the mystery/action genre. As I said there are a lot of good ones to choose from.

 

What is your favorite AIO web site?

aiowiki.com! I'm kind of biased on that one though, I'd have to say in the next spot would be a tie between aiolib.com and the Odyssey Scoop. AIO Library as it has character listings for almost every episode and it's a fairly complete site. I like the Scoop because it's update a couple times a week.

 

If you could meet one actor, who would you meet and why? 

Will Ryan, as he voices Eugene one my favorite character. Earl Boen would also be cool, he has a really cool voice. If he would team up with me we could pull of some pretty amazing pranks.

 

Which character do you resemble the most and why?

I think I'm most like Eugene. H e's a smart science/computer person just like me. We both have glasses although I don't have hair hanging down in front of mine. I would rather ride a bike than drive a car to my destination.

 

Who is your favorite character and why?

My favorite character would have to be Eugene. He and I have a lot in common. Some of my other favorite characters would have to be Jason, Bernard, Jimmy, Lucy and Jared.

 

In your opinion, what do I need to change about my website?

Listing of the all the characters in each episode would be nice, also maybe a one stop place for all of the news and rumors of the upcoming season without having to dig through all of the news posts. Another idea would be to make your news section an rss feed.

 

If you could change anything about AIO, what would it be and why? 

I would increase the number of new episodes per year slightly to around 30, start a new big story arc, release all of the unreleased episodes, and bring back the episode previews.

 

How do you imagine Whit's End and the town of Odyssey?

I've never really thought about it a whole lot, I guess some sort of combination of My home town and all the places that we see on the album covers.

 

If you had your own AIO site, what would you put on it?

I already have one but, character listings, a way for fans to rate episodes, and a tool to find episodes that have certain characters in common, along with all of the usual things like episode summaries and album/season info.

 

What is your favorite section of whitsend.org?

The podcast section as it is one of the first places to hear news about what's coming up in the future of odyssey.

 

What is your favorite section of the Odyssey Scoop, my site? 

It varies from month to month but I think the news, downloads, and the quarantined merchandise sections would be consistently at the top of the list of where I spend my time on the Scoop.
