How long have you been a fan of Adventures in Odyssey?

I first started listening to Odyssey back in '95...I was only five years old then. Not on the radio, however, only through tapes and CDs. I didn't start listening to Odyssey on the radio till '97. I'm proud to say that I've listened to nearly all of the 618 episodes that have aired so far.

 

What is your favorite episode of all time?

I have a lot of favorite episodes (I mean, 618 is a huge list to choose from!). One of my favorite episodes is The Chosen One, Part I, II. This two-parter really alerted me to issues like abuse and adoption. I appreciated how Marshal Younger implemented his own experiences with foster care and adoption into the episode.

 

What is your favorite AIO web site?

You mean aside from this one?? :)

My favorite AIO site would have to be Nathan Hoobler's Adventures in Odyssey Headquarters. I really enjoy all the reviews, episode summaries, and articles in the site. As well, I appreciate the character and cast listings, the End of Season awards, and the articles submitted by various Odyssey fans.

 

If you could meet one actor, who would you meet and why? 

I would love to meet Aria Curzon, who plays Mandy Straussberg. I'd love to discuss with her how she enjoys being a Christian actress, as well as her thoughts on certain Odyssey episodes.

 

Which character do you resemble the most and why?

I resemble a mix of Connie/Liz. :) I love to talk and state my opinions, and I'm also a bit bossy.

 

Who is your favorite character and why?

Again, with so many characters in Odyssey, it's very hard to choose. One of my favorite characters is Wooton. I love his childlike joy and his love for people. Wooton loves to be around people and have fun. He's also sensitive to others who are going through a hard time, and he listens to them. He never is mean-spirited or bitter.

 

In your opinion, what do I need to change about my website?

It would be nice if you had an expanded cast list.

 

What is your favorite section of whitsend.org?

The official podcast, of course! Ever since the podcast started back in September 2006, I've eagerly awaited each one. The podcast gives a behind-the-scenes look at certain episodes, as well as fun Q and A sessions with the writers! The interviews with the cast members are also a bonus.

 

What is your favorite section of the Odyssey Scoop? 

I enjoy your interviews with cast members, and your merchandise section.
