Wally Haggler   Wally Haggler is the owner and operator of Haggler's Junk Yard in Odyssey. In the past, Wally spent time in prison and learned from his mistakes. His brother, Archie Haggler runs a well-known carnival that arrives once a year in Odyssey. Wally's nephew is Jay Smouse.
