Mr. Jenkins   Mr. Jenkins is the owner of Jenkins' Market. One of his employees was Albert Schultz and he once sold lots and lots of soda, chips, and birdhouses, which was part of the Novacom threat.

 

 

Mr. Jenkins first appears in Cousin Albert and appears periodically throughout the series. His store is referenced numerous times, also.
