 Mr. Grote
Mr. Grote is the mastermind behind "The Green Ring
Conspiracy" as well as other international plot rings. He is an enemy of
the secret service. He also attempted a plot in London but was thwarted
by Jason Whittaker. He killed an
associate of Agent Billings named Agent Farthing in the Philippines, and
Agent Billings almost killed him to get revenge. Mr. Grote was sneaky
and full of evil tricks. He stooped to low levels to achieve his goals.
