 Mary Hooper
Mary Hooper is a woman who lives in the Odyssey
retirement home. She was initially extremely hostile towards
Donna Barclay when she first came to
visit. However, Whit encouraged her to
keep visiting Mary and the two came to be close.
It was later revealed that, in order to cover her grief over the death
of her husband, Mary became bitter towards everyone around her. On her
birthday she tried to build up her wall against Donna, but Donna refused
to leave and instead brought her a birthday gift: her daughter Barbara
Mansfield.
