I
don't think the launch of
The Ceiling Fan Podcast's third season could have
arrived at a better time. I mean, come on people, with new
Adventures in Odyssey shows debuting on March 12th,
The Ceiling Fan will be ready to face a new year of exciting
episodes of its fast-paced parody style show. Take a look at
what you'll hear in the season premiere:
When the lights go out at
Whit's End, magic happens. Find out the real reason why
spontaneous creativity flows from a poorly lit soda
fountain. Then, prepare to kick off season 3 of The Ceiling
Fan with an electric guitar, Ethan Daniels, and a
celebration of the McAllister Park band.
If you've recently joined us, The Ceiling Fan
Podcast pokes fun at Adventures in Odyssey and brings
listeners into experiences they would never actually hear on
the show itself, which makes the show that much more fun.
And it's filled with humorous moments, so you never know
what you're going to get.

Get
ready, Odyssey fans! Album 53, The Green Ring Conspiracy,
makes its way into your AIO collections in March 2011.
Suspense, intrigue, and mystery is coming up from
Adventures in Odyssey. Take a look at what's in store:
Centered in the town of Odyssey, the
story starts when a backpack filled with money is found
in Gower's Field. Then a plane crashes outside town and
a mysterious survivor is discovered who may be an
undercover agent or part of a counterfeit ring—or
something else altogether! Enter an underworld
errand-boy who has a cell-phone full of secrets. And
that's just the beginning of The Green Ring Conspiracy,
a special adventure that puts our favorite Odyssey
characters at the center of intrigue, suspense, and a
scheme of international proportions. New friends may not
be who they seem. Old friends have secrets they must
keep. Deception and double-crosses are the order of the
day. Trust, loyalty, and faith are all put to the test.
The Green Ring Conspiracy is unlike any collection of
stories found in Odyssey, yet still brings together the
drama, fun, humor, and life-lessons audiences have come
to expect from the show over the years.
The cover art is now available. You can see a
higher resolution version here. Oh, and if you missed our announcement
yesterday, be sure and read it... and then get involved in

For
those of you who love the Adventures in Odyssey Passages
series of books, the repacked versions of Books 5 and 6 are scheduled
for an April 2011 release
.
Books 1-4 are already available with a fresh new design.
Of course, if you like the Passages
series, Focus on the Family would like your feedback
regarding the future of the series. If the repacks sell well
enough, there's a possibility that future books may appear
in the series. It's the sales that drive a product forward.
So, in other words, buy the books! Not only that, you can
voice your opinion to Focus directly by writing or calling
them. Would you like to see more books in the Passages
series? Writer Paul McCusker wants to know!
I know many of you are probably on pins and
needles waiting to see if more Passages audio dramas
will be produced. The die-hard fans keep asking and hoping
new dramas will be produced. Keep checking back for updates.
