If I'm not mistaken, which I'm not, I am hearing a woodpecker pounding its beak into a nearby tree. What are you hearing, Elf? Or are you talking about the bird noises in the background? The same exact sound effect of Woody appears in the background in both episodes. I believe that's what you're hearing.
