  • In Our Best Vacation Ever, if you listen closely to the television in the Barclay home, the state of Virginia is mentioned. However, not enough conclusive evidence is provided.

  • In The Ill-Gotten Deed, Horace and Grover McAllister race from their homes in Virginia to somewhere "out west" where they will later found the town of Odyssey. According to the episode, it takes them weeks (on horseback) to reach their destination.

  • Jimmy's travels to Washington D.C. in the Imagination Station to witness the story of Abraham Lincoln (Lincoln). The cities of St. Petersburg, City Point, and Richmond are mentioned.

  • During a "Did You Know?" segment of BTV, Dwayne Oswald mentions Virginia in the trivia. There isn't enough evidence to prove that Odyssey is or isn't in Virginia. However, other episodes indicate that Odyssey isn't in Virginia (see above). (BTV: Thanks)

  • In The Devil Made Me Do It, a Kids Radio special presents a news story from an "investigative reporter", Bobby Walker. Bobby reveals that she has traveled to Virginia to conduct her investigation, but too few details are provided in regards to which state she is in when she says it.

  • In License to Deprive, Jack Allen states that a historian from Williamsburg will be coming to Odyssey. It is unknown whether or not this is the same Williamsburg that lies in Virginia.

  • In The Jubilee Singers, a talking painting of Frederick Douglass reveals that George Leonard White was a union veteran of Chancellorsville, Virginia. Not enough clues are given to prove that Odyssey is or is not located in Virginia. Yet, other episodes indicate that Odyssey is not located in Virginia (see above).

  • The Adventures in Odyssey Passages book series sheds some light on Odyssey's location. In the third book, Annison's Risk, a character named Maggie reveals to Whit and Jack Allen that the parents of Wade Mullens moved to Virginia. (page 7) However, since we base Odyssey's location on the audio series along, this is not conclusive evidence. Fortunately, the audio series confirms that Odyssey is not in Virginia.
